Client Results

 1. A HEDIS colorectal screening campaign for a large national plan improved screening rates by 25% relative to a control, in part, by disproportionately improving results among minority communities.

 2. Promoting transportation benefits encouraged dual-eligible populations to get 7.2% more annual wellness visits. Hispanic members increased by 17.3% relative to Caucasian members.

 3. 65% of hard-to-reach Medicaid members reported getting a flu shot after state-specific clinic information was provided on an educational call.

 4. 80% sustained engagement of Medicaid members successfully received asthma and diabetes SMS text messages and remained enrolled throughout the 52-week period.
